The market is always seeking to expand its product range and welcomes additional vendors of under-represented products. In addition to full-time memberships, seasonal four-week memberships are also available. Spaces are limited and priority will be given to products not already represented at the market.
We ask all new applicants to read our guidelines to understand the membership process in detail. Applications for new vendors are accepted every winter starting in December. All applications must be received prior to our business meeting on the third Thursday of February. Please note, new applicants are required to attend the meeting in February and make a presentation of products. If you aren’t able to send the application in and want to bring it with you to the meeting or haven’t heard back from us with the specifics of the meeting please be pro-active and check in with the secretary.
New applications shall be reviewed during the February business meeting. Applications submitted by prospective members after that date shall be voted upon when the following criteria has been met: sufficient space is available to allow an additional vendor a review of the current products and application wait list has been accomplished. The prospective member has provided a presentation of his business (this may require a site inspection) completed an interview with the Association membership. All new members are provisional members until completion of their first market season and approval of the majority of members at the first preseason business meeting (the following winter). Provisional members have no voting rights.

Continuing members please use the same application and bring to the first annual meeting in January. Annual dues are set each year at the business meetings. Continuing member applications are due by the first winter meeting in January. Meetings are always the third Thursday of January, February, and March.
